Forrest McMahon President & Owner Forrest McMahon, Owner and operator of Monument Construction has been building in Southern Utah for more than 17 years. Forrest specializes in building log homes, custom homes, remodels, renovations and low-rise commercial buildings.   He believes work ethic, honesty and project integrity is essential to every relationship. Over the past 17 years, Forrest has built a reputation that’s important to him, just as your dream home is important to you.  While at the University, Forrest worked as a quality enhancement manager and polished his leadership skills while simultaneously furthering his drive for continual improvement. He was always drawn to the high quality aspects of builds while overseeing, and working on traveling construction crews. Meanwhile, Forrest has developed a special interest in the comfort and functionality of living spaces and the importance of efficiency and longevity of homes to last lifetimes. Forrest is a family man with a passion for his craft. Even in his free time you can find him eagerly studying building science and sharing his skills and knowledge with his two boys, or quizzing his wife on the most efficient way to insulate an attic.
